The Process:
We focus entirely on understanding your needs, goals, and preferred timeline. We’ll also review the current market conditions as they relate specifically to your property.
A thorough inspection, assessment, and appraisal of the property using our valuation principles, along with recommendations for any renovations, repairs, or maintenance to complete prior to sale.
Shortlisting appropriate selling agents, managing the interview process, and assisting with the final selection. We also negotiate the commission structure on your behalf.
Assistance with refining and optimising the marketing strategy, coordinating with third parties such as stylists and trades where required, and overseeing the preparation of the Contract of Sale, Section 32, and related documentation.
Oversight of the selling agent, along with strategic advice on negotiations and reserve setting informed by campaign performance, current market conditions, and detailed analysis grounded in valuation principles.
Guidance and representation at auction, assistance with post-auction negotiations, and support through the contract execution process.
